Some UI adjustments

We've enhanced the UI based on your feedback: auto-refresh for Home and Accounts, delayed display of the search box, improved account-specific instance access, and updated cloud provider prices with a better instances list UI/UX.

A quick update with some UI adjustments based on your feedback :

• Home and Accounts are now auto-refreshed after connecting/disconnecting an account
• The search box is displayed only after everything has been loaded

And the most demanded : you can now access each account from the list and see the instances of this account only.

We've also updated the cloud providers prices and improve the UI/UX of the instances list.
